Refund Policy

Thank you for considering Pathway to DPT for all your pre-PT needs! It is our goal that you are 100% satisfied with our products and services. 

 

Product Refund Policy

Pathway to DPT makes every effort to assure your complete satisfaction with our products. For a full refund on a product, such as the PTCAS 101 Guide, you will have 7 days following your purchase to notify us that you are not satisfied with the product.

Refunds are provided within this 7 day time period after purchase when accompanied by an email to [email protected] explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction with the product and how we can improve this resource to better serve our clients. That email must also contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original transaction by Stripe, our third-party credit card processing company. 

 

Live Group Session Refund Policy (including Pre-PT Web Series)

Pathway to DPT makes every effort to assure your complete satisfaction with our live group sessions. There will be no refunds for these sessions. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly within 48 hours following the session at [email protected] so we can discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will make every effort to remedy the situation, including, but not limited to, offering a one on one Zoom call.  

 

Coaching/Service Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on coaching calls. If you are not satisfied with your coaching call, please contact us directly within 48 hours following the call at [email protected] so we can discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will make every effort to remedy the situation, including, but not limited to, offering a make-up call.  

Pathway to DPT cannot provide refunds or extensions for coaching sessions that have expired (beyond the 6-month expiration date). 

 

If you receive a refund of any purchase, including, but not limited to, products, live sessions, and coaching calls, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, handouts, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

 

Any customer may receive a refund from the Company only once regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product or service, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund as to any other product or service purchased from the Company.
